All colour or general services require a small Non-Refundable Deposit ranging between $10 to $100.

Cancellation policy for colour and general services Below…

Deposit - non-refundable at any time.

Cancellations or changes to your appointment between 24 to 72 hours prior to appointment start time. will result in your deposit being held on credit for up to a 6 week period from your original booking. (After this time, you deposit will no longer be redeemable)

Appointments cancelled, moved, no shows within 24 hours. Will result in loss of deposit and be charged 30% of full amount. Further appointments will require a 50% Deposit to secure booking.

(Extensions Deposit)

· Deposits are none refundable at any time.

· All extensions clients require a 50% DEPOSIT to secure application appointment.

· Appointments cancelled within 24hrs will have a cost of 25% left off finally Balance.

· Appointments rescheduled within 24 hours will have a cost of 10% of finally balance.

· This Will result in your deposit only (Not moved fee) being held on credit, for up to 8 weeks from your original booking. (After this time, you deposit will no longer be redeemable)

All orders are a custom to length and colour. After this time your originally hair length and match will also have altered. We recommend rebooking to avoid loss of deposit and custom hair.

Blonde Fever is small business who Services our clients one on one. Last minute cancellation leave our books empty for half of our working day. In some case our whole day.
